PCR Primers for Herpes Simplex Virus Type 2 DNA. Ready to Use. Primers are specific for the DNA Polymerase gene.

ABIs primers, designed for use in standard and real-time PCR, are known to work well with ABIs corresponding DNA PCR controls, eliminating the need for users to design their own primers. ABI’s PCR primers have been chemically prepared using standard oligonucleotide synthesis procedures and are functionally tested for quality in standard and real-time quantitative PCR. Forward and reverse primers are supplied in a single vial at a total volume of 200 μL with a concentration of 12.5 μM ± 1.25 μM each.

Shipping and Storage: This product is shipped frozen on dry ice. Store at -20°C upon receipt. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles as product degradation may result.
