（稀释比例为1：10，000 Cat#KC-5G5）。采用化学发光试剂盒（康成生物Cat#KC-420）及x胶片曝光显影。一次反应即可同时检测目的蛋白（Akt）与内参GAPDH的含量。

 

Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) is well known as one of the key enzymes involved in glycolysis. GAPDH is composed of four 30-40kDa subunits. The GAPDH gene is constitutively expressed at high levels in almost all tissues. Because of this, GAPDH is widely used as a loading control for Western blots and protein normalization

HRP-conjugated Monoclonal Mouse Anti-GAPDH antibodies clone 6C5 reacts with GAPDH from rabbit, mouse, rat and human tissue, no cross-reaction with GAPDH from yeast.
