Localized to the nucleus, ZNF79 contains one KRAB domain and 11 C2H2-type zinc fingers through which it may convey DNA, RNA and protein binding capabilities. Function: May be involved in transcriptional regulation. Subcellular Location: Nucleus (Potential). Similarity: Belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family.
