May also regulate neurite outgrowth by activating the FGFR1 signaling pathway. May play a role in synaptic plasticity (By similarity). Subcellular Location: Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein (Potential). Note=Enriched at postsynaptic density (By similarity). Tissue Specificity: Isoform 1 is ubiquitously expressed.
