MCE PBS-T Powder (1 L of 1×) 主要成分为氯化钠（NaCl）、氯化钾（KCl）、***酸盐（Phosphate）和吐温 20（Tween 20），常用作 ELISA、Western Blot 等免疫分析实验中的洗涤缓冲液，也可用于抗体稀释及封闭液的配制。
Description & Advantages: 
PBS-T buffer is widely used as washing buffer in immunoassay experiments such as ELISA and Western Blot, and can also be used for antibody dilution and preparation of blocking solution. 
MCE PBS-T Powder (1 L of 1×) consists of NaCl, KCl, Phosphate and Tween 20. Each pouch can be diluted to 1 L 1× PBS-T buffer, in which the concentration of NaCl is 137 mM, the concentration of KCl is 2.7 mM, the concentration of Phosphate is 10 mM and the concentration of Tween 20 is 0.05%. This product provides a convenient way to make PBS-T buffer and eliminates the need to weigh and mix individual components.
