Homopolymer of FlaB/D is not able to form a functional filament. Subunit: Heteropolymer of multiple flagellin subunits including FlaA, FlaB/D, FlaC, FlaE and FlaF. Subcellular Location: Secreted. Flagellin是聚合形成细菌鞭毛丝的亚单位蛋白。FLAB/D对于极性鞭毛合成和游泳运动不是必需的。FLAB/D均聚物不能形成功能性长丝。
