储 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Flagellin is the subunit protein which polymerizes to form the filaments of bacterial flagella. FlaB/D is not essential for polar flagellar synthesis and swimming motility. Homopolymer of FlaB/D is not able to form a functional filament.

Subunit:
Heteropolymer of multiple flagellin subunits including FlaA, FlaB/D, FlaC, FlaE and FlaF.

Subcellular Location:
Secreted. Bacterial flagellum.

Belongs to the bacterial flagellin family.

副溶血性弧菌（Vibrio Parahemolyticus,VP）是一种嗜盐性细菌。副溶血性弧菌食物中毒，是进食含有该菌的食物所致，主要来自海产品，如墨鱼、海鱼、海虾、海蟹、海蜇，以及含盐分较高的腌制食品，如咸菜、腌肉等。本菌存活能力强，在抹布和砧板上能生存1个月以上，海水中可存活47天。临床上以急性起病、腹痛、呕吐、腹泻及水样便为主要症状。本病多在夏秋季发生于沿海地区，常造成集体发病
   
   

Flagellin是聚合形成细菌鞭毛丝的亚单位蛋白。FLAB/D对于极性鞭毛合成和游泳运动不是必需的。FLAB/D均聚物不能形成功能性长丝。
