This kit includes the consumables required for the sample extraction, enhanced cleanup and separation of acrylamide in processed foods using the Waters methodology for which system performance is outlined in application note 720006495en. This kit provides an additional mixed mode SPE cleanup step for enhanced sample cleanup and is for the adoption of the methodology onto mid-tier UPLC-MS/MS platforms, such as the ACQUITY I-Class Plus coupled to a XEVO TQ-S micro.
