illustra™ CyScribe™ GFX™ Purification Kit

Technical Information
. The probes were purified using illustra CyScribe<TM/> GFX<TM/> cDNA spin columns and hybridized on a microarray slide spotted with human cDNA clones. ))
Both Cy™3 and Cy™5 probes were prepared from human skeletal muscle total RNA using the CyScribe™ First-Strand cDNA Labeling Kit (RPN6200). The probes were purified using illustra CyScribe™ GFX™ cDNA spin columns and hybridized on a microarray slide spotted with human cDNA clones.
The illustra™ CyScribe™ GFX™ Purification Kit has been specifically developed for the purification of CyDye™ labeled cDNA probes. It can be used in conjunction with CyScribe™ microarray labeling kits for either direct incorporation of Cy™3- and Cy™5-labeled dNTPs or for post-labeling of cDNA with Cy™3- and Cy™5-monoreactive dye.
