Western blot:  
Western blot analysis of recombinant His-tagged proteins. Purified His-tagged Vimentin (Cat. #10190, lane 1), RheB (Cat. #10118, lane 2) and Cystatin C (Cat. #10157, lane 3) proteins were blotted with anti-His-tag mouse monoclonal antibody(Cat.# 28004) at 1:1000 dilution(Top panel). Proteins loading were blotted with anti-Vimentin monoclonal antibody (Cat. #26054), anti-RheB monoclonal antibody (Cat. #26015) and anti-Cystatin C monoclonal antibody(Cat. #26044) at 1:1000 dilution, repectivly(Bottom panel).
