| 保存条件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

| 产品介绍 | background: LFA3 is a type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of cell surface receptors. It is expressed on most hematopoietic cells and on nonhematopoietic cells such as fibroblasts, endothelial and epithelial cells. Its expression is particularly high on memory T-cells and dendritic cells. LFA3 expression on antigen-presenting cells and target cells enhances T-cells antigen recognition through binding to its ligand, LFA2/CD2, on T-cells. Function: Ligand of the T-lymphocyte CD2 glycoprotein. This interaction is important in mediating thymocyte interactions with thymic epithelial cells, antigen-independent and -dependent interactions of T-lymphocytes with target cells and antigen-presenting cells and the T-lymphocyte rosetting with erythrocytes. In addition, the LFA-3/CD2 interaction may prime response by both the CD2+ and LFA-3+ cells. Subcellular Location: Isoform 1: Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein.
