| 产品介绍 | background: HCK is a tyrosine kinase that is predominantly expressed in hemopoietic cell types. It may help couple the Fc receptor to the activation of the respiratory burst. In addition, it may play a role in neutrophil migration and in the degranulation of neutrophils. Function: May serve as part of a signaling pathway coupling the Fc receptor to the activation of the respiratory burst. May also contribute to neutrophil migration and may regulate the degranulation process of neutrophils. Subunit: Interacts (via SH2 domain) with FLT3 (tyrosine phosphorylated). Interacts with VAV1, WAS and RAPGEF1. Interacts (via SH3 domain) with HIV-1 Nef and Vif. This interaction stimulates its tyrosine-kinase activity. Interacts (via SH3 domain) with HEV ORF3 protein. Interacts with ARRB1 and ARRB2. Interacts with ADAM15. Interacts with FASLG. Interacts with CBL. Interacts with FCGR1A; the interaction may be indirect. Interacts with IL6ST.  Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (Mouse brain); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (phospho-Hck(Tyr411)) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-16384R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit(Rabbit) (sp-0023) instructionsand DAB staining.
