产品活性：Abelacimab (MAA868) 是一种全人源 IgG1 单克隆抗体，可高亲和力与 FXI 的催化结构域结合并将其锁定在酶原构象中，从而防止其被 FXIIa 或凝血酶激活。Abelacimab 可用于血栓栓塞性疾病研究。

In Vitro: Abelacimab (MAA868) (0.0001-1 μM) prolongs the clotting time and reduces the amount of thrombin in human plasma in a concentration-dependent manner.
In Vivo: Abelacimab (MAA868) (s.c., 3-30 mg/kg, on day 1, 85, 114) shows strong and sustained anticoagulant effects in crab-eating monkeys, significantly prolongs aPTT and has a good safety profile, with no significant toxic findings or signs of bleeding observed.

Abelacimab (MAA868) (i.v., 0.6 mg/kg) exhibits good anticoagulant activity to prevent carotid artery occlusion in iron chloride induced thrombosis FXI-/- C57BL/6 mice model.
