Western blot:  
Western blot analysis of Gα13 proteins. Gα13, Gα12 or Gαq plasmid DNAs were transiently transfected into CHO cells (endogenous Gα13 protein was down-regualted by Gα13 siRNA). Whole-cell lysates were used for western blots.
