		Preparation :
Produced in mice using highly pure (>98%) recombinant human BMP-7/OP-1 as the immunizing antigen.  This IgG1K antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.

		Formulation :
A sterile filtered antibody solution was lyophilized from PBS.



		Stability :
The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20oC. Frozen aliquots are stable for at least six weeks at 2-8oC or for at least six months at -20oC. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.


Reconstitution:
Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml.

In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), when used as a capture antibody at a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/ml, this antibody will detect at least 100 pg/ml of recombinant human BMP-7/OP-1 when used with PeproTech’s biotinylated antigen-affinity purified anti-hBMP-7/OP-1 (500-P198Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 μg/ml.
