Background:
Western blot analysis of p38 MAP kinase expression in Jurkat (A) and NIH/3T3 (B) whole cell lysates. |
Specificity/Sensitivity:
p38 (A-12) reacts with p38 MAP Kinase of mouse, rat and human origin by Western blotting, immunoprecipitation and immuno- histochemistry; non cross-reactive with other MAP kinases.
Source/Purification:
p38 (A-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody corresponding to amino acids 213-360 mapping at the carboxy terminus of p38 of human origin.
Storage and Stability:
Each vial contains 100ul affinity purified mouse anti-p38 MAP Kinase antibody in a special stabilizer. Real time studies that this special stabilizer helped retain most of antibody activity for 24 months while store at 4℃.
