By combining the performance of Sephacryl™ High Resolution media with a low cost column construction, they are both reliable and cost effective to use with simple equipment or systems.   Five HiPrep™ Sephacryl™ HR columns are available prepacked with S-100, S-200, S-300, S-400, or S-500 HR media, respectively.
