A fast, flexible, efficient way to isolate plasmid DNA with paramagnetic beads

 

The Mag-Bind® Plamsid kit is a magnetic beads-based plasmid purification system that uses a single protocol to purify a variety of high and low copy of plasmid, BACs, PACs, and cosmids. This flexible system can be easily automated without sacrificing plasmid DNA quality. The Mag-Bind® plasmid protocol can be easily adapted into most robotic platforms. The purified DNA can be used directly for automated fluorescence sequencing and other downstream applications.
