心血管疾病miRNAPCR芯片用于研究已知的心血管疾病和发展过程中表达发生改变的84 miRNA的表达。这个芯片为研究人员提供了一个方便快速的方法来分析心脏疾病最相关的miRNA。最近的研究证实,miRNA对心脏发展和正常运转至关重要。通过心原性转录因子调节,心脏表达独特的miRNA。在心血管疾病期间,miRNA的表达模式显著变化,而且miRNA的表达的不同模式似乎与特定的心血管疾病相关。已经证明在急性心肌梗死(AMI或心脏病),心脏肥大,心肌病中miRNA的表达异常,标志着miRNA在心脏疾病中的重要作用。这个芯片是心血管疾病中发挥不同调节的miRNA,这些miRNA的鉴定是通过微阵列识别、实时rt - pcr、表达式和深度测序分析研究涉及广泛的心血管疾病模型系统,临床样本,和细胞系。这个芯片的分析结果将对心血管疾病发病的分子机制产生新的见解。每张芯片含一个对照组使得分析数据时可以用相对定量ΔΔCT方法评估逆转录效率,基因组DNA污染,PCR效率。利用这张芯片,通过实时定量PCR,可以简易且可靠地分析心血管疾病相关miRNA的表达。
