在 pH 7.5、25°C 以及存在钙离子的条件下，一个 FALGPA 水解单位每分钟可水解 1.0μmol 呋喃基丙烯酰基-Leu-Gly-Pro-Ala。

在 pH 7.5 和 37°C 下，一个单位中性蛋白酶水解酪蛋白，每 5 小时可以产生色当量为 1μmol 的酪氨酸。

在 pH 7.6、25°C 以及 DTT 存在的条件下，一个单位梭菌蛋白酶每分钟可水解 1.0μmol BAEE。
