His Buffer Kit with optimized buffers for purification of histidine-tagged proteins. Protocols for use with His GraviTrap™, His SpinTrap, His MultiTrap, and HisTrap™ columns are included.
His Buffer Kit contains carefully prepared buffer concentrates for binding, washing, and elution of histidine-tagged proteins according to recommended protocols. Moreover, method for optimization of imidazole concentration in the binding buffer is described. Storage temperature of the His Buffer Kit is 4°C to 30°C.
