含MesenPure的MesenCult小鼠扩增试剂盒是优化用于小鼠骨髓，成骨来源的间充质干细胞、祖细胞的培养。向MesenCult培养基中加入MesenPure后的细胞相比不加MesenPure的MesenCult小鼠扩增试剂盒，具有更强的同源性，以及扩增、分化以及CFU实验中的集落形成能力。不需要的造血细胞不需要频繁换液以及传代就可去除。培养基中的各成分经过预筛，其批间差异最小。
