C-C motif chemokine 7, also known as Monocyte chemoattractant protein 3, Monocyte chemotactic protein 3, Small-inducible cytokine A7, CCL7 and MCP3, is a Secreted protein which belongs to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family. CCL7 is a chemotactic factor that attracts monocytes and eosinophils, regulates macrophage function. It is produced by certain tumor cell lines and by macrophages. This chemokine is located on chromosome 17 in humans, in a large cluster containing many other CC chemokines and is most closely related to CCL2. CCL7 augments monocyte anti-tumor activity. It also induces the release of gelatinase B. This protein can bind heparin, CCR1, CCR2 and CCR3.

            Novoprotein Recombinant Human CCL7/MCP-3/MARC produced by mammalian cells expression system.Target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln24-Leu99) of Human mcp-3 (Uniprot #P80098) fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Purity: Greater than 90.0% as determined by: 

            (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. 

            (b) Analysis by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE Silver Stained gel.

·Formulation

              Novoprotein Recombinant Human CCL7 was lyophilized at 1mg/ml in 20mM PBS.
            
·Reconstitution

            We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution of Novoprotein Recombinant Human CCL7 in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to working solutions.
            
·Storage 

            Lyophilized Recombinant Human CCL7 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Recombinant Human CCL7 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable up to 3 months below -18°C for future use.
