CXCL12又称为SDF-1，属于CXC趋化因子家族。它是由CXCL12基因编码的。在最近的研究中，人类CXCL12被表达为仅在尾端不同的六种亚型。并且所有SDF-1亚型经历第一个两个N-末端氨基酸的蛋白水解处理。人SDF-1γ作为119氨基酸（A.A.）前体合成，包含21 A.A.信号序列和98 A.A.成熟区，SDF-1γ末端与分泌的SDF-1γ中的肝素结合，或在没有信号序列的情况下靶向核仁的同种型。在细胞表面，这种趋化因子的受体是CXCR4和SyDECAN4。CXCL12对T淋巴细胞、单核细胞有较强的趋化作用，但对中性粒细胞无明显的趋化作用。CXCL12是肿瘤发生过程中的一个非常重要的因素，新血管化与肿瘤的进展有关。

LaAl法测定RHISDF-1γ/CXCL12γ内毒素低于0.1 EU/μg。

我们建议在打开之前将这个小瓶简单地离心，以将内容物带到底部。在含0.1% BSA的无菌蒸馏水或含水缓冲液中重组，浓度为0.1-1.0mg/mL。原料溶液应分摊到工作等分试样中，并储存在小于20℃的温度下，应在适当的缓冲溶液中进一步稀释。

概述

CXCL12 also known as SDF-1 is belonging to the CXC chemokine family. It is encoded by the CXCL12 gene. In recently study, Human CXCL12 is expressed as six isoforms that differ only in the Cterminal tail. And all SDF-1 isoforms undergo proteolytic processing of the first two Nterminal amino acids. Human SDF-1γ is synthesized as a 119 amino acid (a.a.) precursor that contains a 21 a.a. signal sequence and a 98 a.a. mature region and the SDF-1γ Cterminus binds heparin in secreted SDF-1γ, or targets the isoform to the nucleolus in the absence of a signal sequence. On the cell surface, the receptor for this chemokine is CXCR4 and syndecan4. CXCL12 is strongly chemotactic for Tlymphocytes, monocytes, but not neutrophils. CXCL12 is a very important factor in carcinogenesis and the neovascularisation linked to tumor progression.
