制备方法:

溶解37g培养基至1L蒸馏水中，混匀分装至最终容器中，121°C高压灭菌15分钟。

Directions：Suspend 37g of the powder in 1 L of purified water. Mix thoroughly. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for 1 minute to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Test samples of the finished product for performance using stable, typical control cultures.

Description

BHI broth is used for the cultivation of a wide variety of microorganisms, including bacteria (streptococci, pneumococci and meningococci), yeasts and molds. It serves as a base for supplemented media containing 0.1% agar, Fildes enrichment or 6.5% sodium chloride.

To use dehydrated product: suspend 37g in 1L of purified water

Displays a good cultural response to Neisseria meningitides 13090, Streptococcus pneumonia 6305 and Streptococcus pyogenes 19615

pH (3.7% solution, 25°C): 7.4 ± 0.2
