生物活性:SR 11302 是一种激活蛋白-1 (AP-1) 转录因子抑制剂。 SR 11302 是一种类视黄醇,可特异性抑制 AP-1 活性而不激活视黄酸反应元件 (RARE)[1] 的转录。 IC50 和目标:AP-1[1] 体外: SR 11302 (SR11302) 具有选择性结合的强抗 AP-1 活性SR 11302(SR-11302;1 μM)抑制 AP-1 转录因子活性并使醛固酮水平降低 61.9%在缺氧处理的细胞中[2]。
SR 11302(SR-11302;2 μM;48 小时)抑制幽门螺杆菌(幽门螺杆菌)诱导的胃腺癌(AGS)细胞增殖[3]。
SR 11302(2 μM;24 小时)抑制 H。 pylori诱导AGS细胞中β-catenin和c-myc的表达[3]。 体内: SR 11302(SR11302;低剂量 0.5 mg/kg 和高剂量 1 mg/kg 体重;每天口服强饲法)治疗可减少总血管损伤数量和Vldlr-/- 小鼠的病变大小呈剂量依赖性[4]。
